1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between you and 3-102-968993 SRL, operating BITWIN. By registering an account, accessing or using the BITWIN website or services, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, you must not use the platform.
These terms apply together with any additional rules, policies and promotional terms displayed on the platform. Where a specific promotion or service has separate terms, those terms will apply to the extent of any inconsistency.
2. Registration and player account

4. Withdrawals

BITWIN may return funds through the original payment method where permitted, or use another method in accordance with applicable requirements.
Processing times may vary depending on the withdrawal method, payment provider, verification requirements and operational circumstances. We may delay or decline a withdrawal where an account is under review, where bonus conditions have not been satisfied, or where we reasonably suspect fraud, money laundering, duplicate accounts or another breach of these terms.
5. Bonus terms and wagering requirements

11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will remain valid and in full effect.
