Our commitment to player protection
BITWIN is committed to providing a safer gambling environment and supporting informed, responsible choices. Gambling should be enjoyable entertainment, not a way to make money or solve financial difficulties. We encourage you to understand your limits, monitor your play and seek support whenever gambling no longer feels controlled or enjoyable.
Age restriction
Gambling is available only to people aged 18 or over, or to people who have reached the applicable legal minimum gambling age where that age is higher. You must not gamble if you are below the permitted age in your jurisdiction. We carry out age and identity checks and may request supporting documents before allowing play or processing transactions.
Deposit limits
You can set daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits in your player account. These limits help you decide in advance how much you can afford to deposit and prevent deposits above the amount selected.
A reduction to your deposit limit takes effect immediately. If you request an increase, the change will apply only after a short mandatory cooling-off period. This delay gives you time to reconsider whether the higher limit remains appropriate. Some regulated markets also apply a monthly deposit limit across multiple licensed operators, meaning that your limit may be shared between participating gambling services.
Self-exclusion
If you need a complete break from gambling, you can request temporary or permanent self-exclusion. During self-exclusion, access to gambling services is restricted for the selected period, and we may take steps to close or restrict relevant accounts in accordance with applicable rules. A permanent exclusion should be treated as an indefinite decision.
Some regulated markets provide a central, cross-operator self-exclusion register. Where such a register applies, you may be able to exclude yourself from participating operators through one national or regional system. Please contact support if you would like help understanding the options available in your jurisdiction.
Reality checks and session limits
Reality checks can provide periodic reminders of how long you have been playing and how much you have spent. These reminders are designed to help you pause and review your activity before continuing.
You may also be able to set an optional session time limit. When the limit is reached, your session will end or you will be prompted to stop, depending on the applicable product and regulatory requirements. Taking regular breaks and reviewing your account activity can help you keep gambling within your planned boundaries.
Warning signs of problem gambling
Consider taking a break and seeking support if you:
- Chase losses by continuing to gamble in an attempt to win money back
- Hide your gambling or its extent from family or people close to you
- Gamble with money intended for rent, bills, food or other essentials
- Neglect work, studies, relationships or other responsibilities because of gambling
- Feel anxious, upset or unable to stop when you intend to do so
Experiencing one or more of these signs does not mean you should feel ashamed. It is a reason to pause and consider confidential support.
Getting help
Independent organisations can offer confidential information, counselling and peer support. Gambling Therapy provides multilingual support and resources for people affected by gambling internationally. Gamblers Anonymous also has international groups and meetings in many countries. Availability, contact methods and eligibility may vary by location, so please use the organisation’s official website to find support relevant to you.
You can also contact BITWIN's support team for help with deposit limits, self-exclusion, account restrictions or other player-protection tools via support@bitwin.game / (Live Support chat on the website and email at support@bitwin.game). Our team can explain the options available, but it cannot replace independent counselling or professional treatment.
If gambling is causing immediate financial, emotional or personal danger, contact your local emergency services or a qualified healthcare professional without delay.
Protecting minors
Minors must not use gambling services. Age and identity verification is carried out during registration or at another stage of the account process, and additional checks may be required before deposits, withdrawals or continued play are permitted.
Parents and guardians are advised to use device-level parental-control software, password protection and appropriate account-security settings. Keep gambling accounts, payment details and login credentials private, and do not allow anyone under the legal gambling age to use your account.
Legal note
